Cancellation Policy

To cancel your reservation without a charge, you must do so  at least 24 hours prior to your arrival date on the same website on which you made your reservation. We cannot change or cancel other travel site reservations for you.  We are too small to accommodate last minute cancellations. If canceled inside 24 hours of your arrival date, a cancellation fee equal to the first night room & tax will be charged to your card.

Check In/Out

Check-in time begins at 3:00 pm and and check-out is by 10:00 am. All of our rooms are equipped with electronic door locks, and you will be provided with an access code by email or text on your arrival date. We ask that you not enter your room prior to 3:00pm without first checking with our customer service team in order to give our housekeeping staff enough time to have your room ready.

Pets  

We welcome well behaved pets in our cottages and motel room types only for an additional fee of $25 (per stay). Pets are not permitted in the gallery rooms, and if a pet is found in these rooms a fee of $75 will apply. A maximum of 2 pets per room applies. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring that their pets do not disturb other guests. Please indicate at the time of reservation if you are planning to bring a pet.

Cooking In Rooms

We provide BBQs on our grounds for all guests to use and there is a microwave in the lobby. We do not permit cooking in rooms (other than cottage 1 which has a full kitchen) and ask that guests not bring or use appliances in our rooms other than what is provided.

Excessive Cleaning Charge

If you leave your room in such disarray (stains, spills, trash, soiled linen) that it requires extra man hours/cleaning crew/replacement, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $125 plus any damages.

Strictly Enforced Non-Smoking Policy

All of our rooms are smoke free.  A cleaning fee of $150.00 will apply if you smoke inside. We have ash urns around the property for smokers.

Occupancy Limits

Please do not exceed room occupancy limits or you will be charged for an additional unit or asked to leave.

Parking

There is only space for 1 car per room.
Please note our facility cannot handle trailers, we do not have extra parking available due to our small size.

Minumum Age

One registered guest per room must be at least 21.

This is an Ohana Inn. Ohana means family in Hawaiian. At an Ohana Inn the family works to make sure that everyone has a great experience. We rarely sit still. You are welcome to get what you need when you need it and come and go as you please. This is your property just as much as it’s ours while you are here.
